Why hire temporary New Homes Sales Negotiators?

Why hire temporary New Homes Sales Negotiators?

We always have a good selection of our talent base available at short notice in our temp bank.

This provides great flexibility for our customers, as they may not want to commit to employing someone full time as a site may only last 3-6 months or they just need short term cover.
Temporary staff can be used at any stage in the cycle of a new homes site. For example:
  • At the beginning – when the site is expected to be busy, it may be useful to have an extra pair of hands.
  • In the middle – many sites will employ just two people to cover a site, but sickness and other unavailability could strike, so a temporary fix is required. If no cover is available, then the site will need to be closed, leading to a loss of leads and/or sales. Some sites can get overwhelmingly busy, so an extra pair of hands can help provide cover and can also help alleviate burnout for full time employees.
  • At the end – in many cases experienced staff will move onto the next new build site and so agency workers are great for overseeing the tail end of site, grabbing those last few sales and looking after completions.
