Job Description:
Our very successful city based client who specialise within the Civils, Urban, Retail, Construction, Oil and Gas sectors are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an existing team. The projects range from £0.5 million to over £30 million in value and they have established themselves as true leaders in their field. They are forecasting more growth into 2009/10.

The successful candidate will need to have the following skills:- Civils Contractor experience within either Rail, Utilities, Highways; Knowledge of NEC Contracts; Preparation of contractual correspondence, schedules and other data for internal and external use; Attending onsite client meetings therefore excellent client facing skills is essential; Preparing for internal approval of applications to the contractor.Our client offers a fantastic salary with a very good benefits package as follows:- Basic salary up to £55,000 PA; Performance related bonus of 15% of basic salary; Car allowance, 10% basic salary; Family Private Medical care; 25 days annual holiday; Laptop and mobile phone.
