Our client, who is a well known and successful consultancy within the Real Estate sector is currently looking for an Associate within their Ratings€™ department. This opportunity would suit an experienced Senior Rating Surveyor who is looking for the next step€or someone who already works in a similar position. The role will involve business development by identifying new opportunities and increasing levels of business from existing clients, deliver effective solutions to customers using your technical knowledge, participate in implementing firm-wide business plans, producing framework documentation and reports, mentor and manage junior staff, managing budgets and costs. The ideal candidate will need to have a confident personality with determination and drive to deliver results and hit company targets. A background in ratings or as a Rating Surveyor is ESSENTIAL for this role and candidates without a ratings background will not be considered. You will need to have industry qualifications such as RICS or RTPI and have a solid understanding of codes of current legislation. This is a serious opportunity with excellent career prospects.
