Successful Housebuilder currently recruiting for a qualified Quantity Surveyor

Our successful Housebuilder client based in Altrincham, Cheshire is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong housebuilding background. This client in particular has built a great reputation for itself within the industry. This has led to them being continuously busy even in tough times. The reason why they are looking to recruit is due to a member of the team relocating. In order to be successful, you will need to have the following:- • Qualification in quantity surveying • In-depth knowledge of the UK housing industry • MUST have knowledge of statutory undertaking, land appraisals, land acquisitions, building costs • Strong business development and client facing skills • Experience liaising with local authorities and contractors • Clean UK Drivers Licence This is a secure position with a very good benefits package including a company car and bonus!
