Our client, a leading independent Estate Agency group with offices in south-west London, is looking for a Lettings Manager to join their team.

You will need a proven track record of success as Lettings Manager for this position. You must be able to generate new business, complete market appraisals and possess excellent management skills. As you will be working in a highly successful office, you must be able to build on this and be able to develop and expand the department in the future. You should also be ARLA qualified. In return for your skills and experience, our client is offering a competitive salary package with a basic salary circa Â£25k and On-Target-Earnings of Â£50k.
