Fundraising Manager, Andover. Our client is a well established Housing Association delivering a varied range of services that give disabled people the opportunity to be independent. In addition, they can also provide employment opportunities, improving access to essential products and services; supporting their charitable objectives. As such, they currently have a fantastic for the opportunity to take on a ‘Fundraising Manager’. This exiting position will involve leading the development of the fundraising strategy alongside the External Affairs Director.

Development of the fundraising strategy, harnessing a sustainable mix of income streams whilst taking personal responsibility for leading the corporate and major donor fundraising element. Translating the fundraising strategy into effective operation plans and managing the operational delivery. Developing and maintaining constructive personal relationships with actual and potential donors and supporters. Managing the performance, data and administration systems that support the effective and efficient delivery of strategic and operational plans. Day to day management, leadership and motivation of the Fundraising Team whilst contributing to the operating as appropriate as part of the Management Team. This is a first class opportunity for candidates with a proven track record within fundraising for a motivated individual with leadership skills and the drive to grow the Fundraising Team and target over the next 5 years.
