Our London based client urgently requires 2 Commercial Energy Assessors (min Level 4)

Our London based client is urgently seeking 2 x qualified Commercial Energy Assessors / Surveyors . The Role:- • Undertake site surveys of commercial properties for EPC purposes • Carry out modelling to ensure accurate understanding of site survey • Assist with energy audits of commercial properties • Report writing • Ensure work is carried out is of suitable quality and within budget • Carbon footprinting The Successful Candidate:- • BEng / HND • Experience working with a Consultancy, Government or Public Sector • Understanding of Building Regs • Min Level 4 Commercial Energy Assessor qualified • SBEM experience or equivalent.
