Customer Care Manager sought for this prestigious site in East London.

Our Client is a quality New Homes Developer, and this vacancy is based on one of their prestigious sites in London. The role involves management of the Customer Care Office including the training and development of Customer Care Advisors. The ability to lead by example and build morale is essential.The successful candidate will with their team be responsible for Home Demonstrations, Client raised Snags and Property handovers. Customer service is important and the building and maintaining of good working relationships with customers, contractors, staff and colleagues is vital.
