Senior Customer Care Manager sought

Our Client is a high volume developer with sites predominantly in the Docklands area of London. They are seeking a Senior Customer Care Manager who can provide an exceptional level of customer service throughout the 2 year buildmark warranty period.Some of the responsibilities are listed below but this is not an exhaustive list. Please note that applications will only be accepted from candidates who have undertaken a similar role for a New Homes Developer. • Managing Customer Care Co-Ordinators and engineers • Being present at handovers where possible alongside sales progression/customer relations team to ensure smooth customer handover from SP team to customer care. • Dealing with escalated complaints and queries. • Collating information for weekly and monthly reports and provide to senior CC Manager • Carrying out defect inspections within customer homes. • Be aware of and maintain control over defects status within warranty with the aim to rectify within 1 week • Project management for new Home Owner manual literature alongside Sales Progression Manager. • Ensuring Customer Care Database, schedules and plot file are kept up to date at all times. • Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers, contractors, staff and colleagues. • Monitoring of In House Research surveys taking into account feedback to achieve the highest results. • Ensuring a high level of Customer Service is provided at all times.
