WHY

We formed the agency believing that the Sector needed a higher level of service than our competitors were providing; we wanted to do something different, ensuring both Clients and Candidates were happy with the service we provided and that service was fundamental to our delivery. 100% of what we do must revolve around great service so that our clients have faith in the staff that we supply to them, that they trust us and that they believe we are the best service provider within our sector. Our candidates should trust in the service we provide, they must feel important and valued by us and want to participate within the process of recruitment, they must recognise that we can only represent them if they see us as a partnership not just a service provider.

HOW

We work closely with our Clients; we listen carefully to their requirements, picking apart the principles they have in what they want so we can truly understand their real beliefs in what it is they are looking for. We have a tried and tested in-house system that has been proven to work.

YES – we do ask that they invest more time at the beginning of the process; this is crucial to understanding their requirements and is critical to saving time later. It is only by the investment of this time that we can supply the best service and uphold the values that we as a company stand for and the reason why the Clients use our service.

For Candidates we invest time in understanding their real desires and aspirations within the work place, why are they seeking a new role, a different challenge, what inspires them, what is the real reason for going to work each day and what motivates them, we recognise money and financial reward are normally a priority but what is that other crucial element or golden key that drives them each day. What do they aspire to be and how can we help them on that road.

WHAT

We are a supplier of staff to the New Homes and Construction Industry. We offer a unique service that is both different and refreshing within our sector. From on Site Sales Negotiators to Senior Personnel we supply Temporary and Permanent Solutions to our Clients as well as a bespoke Executive Search Division; many of whom are Blue-chip companies and recognised for their employment strategies and renowned for Best Employer Practice.
